It’s just in many areas, most developing countries would like to learn from the US, and other western countries in terms of design, developing, etc, they cannot afford it. They are willing to pay but they don’t want to pay the regular services, they just need help, input, ideas, not actual plans which are more time consuming to produce and expensive.

Normally, a local planner will produce a plan, and the developer/government will hire an American team to review it, we can charge by hours.

If the client is willing to pay for a conceptual plan, that’s another type of business. Many Chinese developers or local governments are willing to pay for that, as long as it’s a complete plan.

How we promote

Through a website, and an app, we will keep introducing the different city planning/resort planning/community planning ideas from English magazines, in Chinese language, and then share the links and excerpt through Chinese social media platforms. Gradually people will notice that.

The Role of AI

AI will act as our receptionist, answer basic questions of our users/visitors, and decide if a visitor is a real potential client, after gathering the user’s information, we will be able to reach him/her. This will save our time.

In the meanwhile, most of the articles will be drafted by AI, which can search on some magazine to find the related articles, rewrite it with a targed reader to be Chinese government official, then I will review it, edit it, and have AI to translate it into Chinese.
