Closes at midnight: the day’s topic ends at Shanghai midnight; after that you cannot post, and tomorrow brings a new topic. - 不留联系方式：不写真实全名、学校、地址、电话、微信或 QQ，不约同学私聊或见面。
No contact details: no real full name, school, address, phone, WeChat or QQ, and no arranging private chats or meetings. - 回答问题，不评价人：可以说“这个句子可以改成……”，不说“你英语真差”。嘲笑同学的消息不会被保留。
Answer the question, not the person: say “this sentence could be …”, not “your English is bad”. Messages that mock a classmate are not kept.

Wild Chrysanthemum English Salon is a place to help each other in English: students post help requests, give advice and answer each other’s questions. It is not a free-for-all chatroom; it is an ask-and-answer room.
Each day has its own topic, and the room closes at Shanghai midnight. When you come in, you first read one classmate’s post and reply in English with an answer or advice; after a few, it is your turn to post a help request of your own.
An AI assistant reads every English message you post and replies with suggested fixes. Every post and every comment has a Listen button so you can hear how the English sounds. Above the input box are a few spark words to tap when you do not know how to start.
It suits students who can already write simple English sentences. Small mistakes are fine; saying what you really think matters more than sounding polished.
One salon visit (content is only an example)
- You enter the salon and see a classmate’s help request: I want to tell my friend I am sorry, but I don’t know how to start.
- You reply: You can say “I’m sorry about yesterday. Can we talk?” and tap Post.
- The AI assistant reads your reply and comments: clear sentence; for a more natural version try I’m sorry about what happened yesterday. You tap Listen to feedback.
- The page shows “Reviewed 1/3” and gives you the next classmate post.
- After 3 replies, it is your turn to ask. You write: How can I ask my teacher to speak slower? A classmate will answer later; if nobody replies right away, the page says “A classmate will reply later”.
